About us
We are a world-class producer and processor of variety of customized spices such as nutmeg, cardamom, pepper etc, for more than 55 years. Apart from this, we have been exporting spices to many countries since last 12 years. Our product range encompasses the entire spectrum of spices and seasonings, processed, and blended as per the requirements of the customer. We have a strong NPD (New Product Development) team to create unique spice blends, seasonings & raw materials for masala makers as per the customers taste.
The journey
Year 1960:
As traditional farmers, we began our small enterprise in the 1960s. The project, which started believing only in traditional agriculture, moved forward with the blessings of God. After cultivating own land, we started to cultivate a little bit of land and leased it to the ground. We have cultivated only nutmeg.
Year 2006:
During this period we have also started exporting cardamom, pepper, ginger, turmeric and cloves. With God's blessing, an organization grew to be an institution. Today, the trade is brought to many corners of the world.
Year 2021
Launched Anna spices with focus on spices exports. We specialize in both 100% organic and inorganic spices such as nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom, turmeric, dried ginger, and cloves.
Black Pepper
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning known as a peppercorn. It is considered like the King of Indian Spices. Kerala alone contributes to about 96% of the total production of India. It has medicinal properties.

Dried Ginger
Dried ginger is the dehydrated form of ginger that has undergone a drying process. The unpeeled dried ginger is called Brown Ginger whereas the peeled dried ginger is called Light Ginger. It is important for the ginger to be completely dry before storing or grinding because any residual moisture can cause mould.

Cloves
Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae , Syzygium aromaticum. Cloves are used in traditional medicine as the essential oil, which is used as an anodyne (analgesic) mainly for dental emergencies and other disorders. Clove tree is an evergreen that grows up to 8–12 m tall.

Nutmeg Without Shell
Nutmeg is a delicate, slightly sweet spice that is widely used in cuisines around the world, including both Asian and western recipes. It is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica. Myristica fragrans is a dark- leaved evergreen tree cultivated for two species derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from it’s seed, and mace from the seed covering. We provide nutmeg products like Pooja, Tiger (180 to 230 count), Jumbo (130 to 150 count), Nutmeg broken, Nutmeg Cutting Aflatoxin Free (5 to 20 PPB) and more according to the customer’s need.
